We are excited to announce the first annual VISTOBERFEST trash bag wrap up and a celebration of our great community!

Vistoberfest Details:
When: Friday, September 30, 2022 5pm-7pm
Where: Visitation Lot
Cost: $30 per family in advance/$40 walk up price
Cost Includes: brats, hotdogs, chips, cookies and drinks.

*We’ll have plenty of trash bags on hand to clean up😊
*Traditional German attire ENCOURAGED but not required😊

Hello Visitation Families! The Annual Visitation Trash Bag Sale is officially kicking off TODAY, with Week 1, ending this Thursday, September 1st!
Here at Visitation school we are STILL all in this together! We encourage and hope for you all to do your part to contribute to trash bag sales this year! This fundraiser is INTEGRAL in keeping our school running.
In the interest of safety and convenience, this sale will be COMPLETELY ONLINE again this year. NO CASH OR CHECKS will be accepted. The link to our website is www.visitationsales.com. This website will also be available on the church website as well as the church bulletin! Please email, text, and share this link as much as possible!!   The weblink contains an order form and buy out option.
Two valuable prizes are given each week in the form of $50 gift cards. One prize will go to the TOP SELLING FAMILY that week and the other prize will go to the FAMILY whose name is drawn from all of the orders that are turned in that week! That way, everyone who turns in an order has a chance at winning a prize!
Attached to this email are several documents that will help explain this fundraiser in more detail. If you do not have a printer and would like to request hard copies of any of these documents, please contact the trash bag co-chairs (info at the bottom). These documents can also be found on the sales website for easy reference. Included in these documents are "leave-it notes". Please print these out, fill in your student/family info and leave them in your neighbor's mailboxes or at their doors to help advertise the sale.
We also have yard signs that are available to anyone who is willing to help advertise the sale. These will be given on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact Colleen Bowen or Meghan Dix for details on obtaining a sign.

Progressive Dinner 2022!

Visitation Families,
Hope you all are having a great summer! The Auction Committee is already hard at work and excited to announce September 17th for this year’s Progressive Dinner.
For those of you who are new to Visitation, the Progressive Dinner is a very popular auction item designed to introduce families, gather with friends, and raise money for our incredible school while dining and drinking together—away from the kiddos! Participants start off the night at one of two appetizer houses, then it’s off to a randomly assigned home where a generous host will treat you to dinner. After dinner, everyone gathers together for dessert.
We are currently recruiting families willing to host or co-host an appetizer or dinner house. Please let me know if you would be interested and how many people you would be willing to accommodate.
Cost: $75 per person; $150 per couple

Volunteer for Vis Irish Fest!

Hi Vis Parents! Hope you're having a great summer! Thanks to those who have already volunteered to work at the Vis tent during Irish Fest! We still need volunteers to sign up, mostly for Saturday and Sunday shifts. It's a really fun way to meet other parents and raise money for our kids' school.
