Last year, the first group of students were inducted into the Visitation Chapter of National Junior Honor Society. National Junior Honor Society is a group whose purpose it is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, to develop character, and to encourage good citizenship in students of Visitation Catholic School.

Eligibility Requirements:
a.) Candidates eligible for selection to this chapter must be in the second semester of sixth grade or members of the seventh grade class.
b.) To be eligible for selection to membership in this chapter, the candidate must have been enrolled for a period equivalent to one semester at Visitation Catholic School.
c.) Candidates eligible for election to the chapter shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale for the past two consecutive semesters.
